Welcome to Aspire Life Sports, a children’s sports and education company, where we offer outstanding physical education provision across the South West.
We firmly believe in the benefits of exercise for young people, and we aim to make our sessions varied, so that they can build all the skills they need to succeed whilst having fun.
We offer one-to-one support in schools, after-school clubs, holiday clubs, birthday parties and a Saturday Football Club!

Did you catch us at our recent beach clean down at Bournemouth beach?
As part of International Clean up day, we were joined by some of our wonderful students for a great day out of team bonding and giving back to the community.

Southampton Football Club
Our Saturday Football club will resume on Saturday 9th September.
Our Friday Football Club in Southampton will be split into two session times: 9:30-10:30am for 4-7 year-olds and 10:30-11:30am for 8-12 year-olds. After the free trial session, it costs just £5 per child and we welcome children of all abilities! No need to book.
Children are welcome to be dropped off before the club starts where they’ll be welcomed by a member of the Aspire Life Sports team. Parents are welcome to stay and watch. The address is St James’ Park, St James Road, Southampton, SO15 5SD.
Please ensure that your child has plenty of water and wears suitable clothing. Also, we ask that any snacks that they bring do not contain nuts.

New Milton Football Club

Meet our staff
We have a brilliant team here at Aspire Life Sports. Mentoring and coaching children is at the heart of what we do, so we ensure that all of our staff are DBS checked and First-Aid Trained. Continuous professional development is also very important to us, so our staff often have the opportunity to complete further training and courses as part of their work.
